Play Therapy

Play is essential to human growth, development, learning and cultivating relationships. Play is a powerful tool for addressing cognitive, behavioral, and emotional challenges. The therapist therapeutically uses play to help client’s better process their experiences and develop more effective strategies for managing their world.
Play Therapy intervention is primarily used for: Behavioral issues caused by grief and loss, divorce and abandonment, physical and sexual abuse, crisis and trauma, and bullying. Also, in treating mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, attention deficit/hyperactivity (ADHD), autism spectrum disorders, academic and social impairment, physical and learning disabilities, and conduct disorders.

Great Kids Through Great Coparenting

Divorce Court Required Class
Many clients are required by the courts to attend this co-parenting class due to divorce. This class is designed to help you to understand relationship endings, recognize the importance of shared parenting, gain strategies to better communicate with your ex-partner, identify strategies for communicating with children, understand family dynamics and gain awareness of the legal components involved.

Thursday evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m
Friday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m
Saturday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
